Field trips are a wonderful opportunity to get some additional learning in a real-world environment in the company of friends. Moonlight will have two field trips each month. All our field trips will be announced through our sister group, Moonlight Homeschool Community and Playgroup.

In addition to our regular outings and field trips, we also serve our older kids through Teen Meets! Some regular Teen Meets are roller skating and bowling, while other meets can be to escape rooms, restaurants, and more! Some happen during the late afternoon/evening while others happen earlier in the afternoon, but regardless of the time, it is a wonderful bonding opportunity for our teens and they love it!

You can learn all about our Field Trips, Teen Meets, and other events on our sister group, Moonlight Homeschool Community and Playgroup.

Our service projects are team efforts aimed at strengthening relationships and performing acts of service. We welcome all families to join us in this opportunity to teach our children the value of being part of a larger cause. Our service projects will happen throughout the year and will be announced on our Facebook group and during co-op announcements.

During our first year, we ran a Thanksgiving Food Drive, collecting canned and boxed foods for the church’s food pantry.

Going into our second year, we are going to be doing another food drive and taking up a collection for the Washington County Animal Shelter.
